2. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email your cancellation request to bookings@skypooldubai.com with your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Include your full name, contact information, and booking details in your email.
  3. Our customer service team will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours.
  4. If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method.
