What should I wear to my pool experience?
For all our pool experiences, appropriate swimwear is required. We recommend bringing a cover-up for when you're not in the pool. For experiences that include dining or bar access, smart casual attire is typically required, so bringing a change of clothes is advised.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (November-April). Our most popular experiences like the Aura Skypool and VIP packages can be booked up to 30 days in advance to secure your preferred date.
Is there an age restriction for your experiences?
Age restrictions vary by experience. Family Pool Day Package welcomes guests of all ages. For experiences with bar access or exclusive adult pool areas, guests must be 21 years or older. Age requirements are clearly stated in each experience description.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most experiences can be canceled with a full refund if done 48 hours or more before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Premium packages like the VIP Infinity Pool Experience have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you provide transportation to the venues?
Transportation is included in select premium packages like the VIP Infinity Pool Experience. For other experiences, transportation can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details and rates.
Can I request a specific date or time for my experience?
Absolutely! When completing your booking, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred date. For specific time preferences or special requests, please note them in the "Special Requests" field during checkout, and our team will do their best to accommodate.
